This is my first post in the forums but I've been hanging around and picking up tips for a long time. I have an issue with my 8329 that I need some help with. For some reason the mobile network radio has stopped working. When I enter the sim card and restart it s]says searching for network but after a few minutes it says no service. If I use he same sim in another phone i works fine. The WiFi and Bluetooth radios are working fine. If use my sim with the WiFi option rather than the network option it works fine. Any suggestions? Has my mobile network radio been damaged? Where in Brooklyn, NY can I get it fixed? Any help will be appreciated.
Have you had it for less than a year? If so, take it into a t-mobile store after backing up your phone with desktop manager and they'll initiate a return process and you'll get a refurb. If it's over a year there's not much else they'll do except charge you a lot to fix it.
