    My new BB Curve 8320 was just activated yesterday. The z,c,m and n keys are not functioning in either std or cap mode. Any help would sure be appreciated.

    Is it new or used?

    If it's new, take it back and get a new one.
    If it's used, it sounds like the keyboard has moisture damage.
