for some reason everytime i make a call, the person on the other end can barely hear me. i can hear them fine. i know how to adjust the volume on my side, but is there any setting - on my side - i can adjust that would make my outgoing voice louder? i can't imagine what the problem is...but, it seems like it has to be a my issue, as everyone has the same complaint.

Check the sound port on the bottom of the antenna cover. If there is something blocking it, the microphone will not get a good sound source.

Use a paper clip to gently ream and clear the hole.

Or take the device in to be looked at, that way you don't break something that you will regret... Verizon will make it right. They can do testing on the phone as well.
