I'm trying to experiment with GPS tracking software and alarms. When i was on 4.3.0, I was using berry locator and it worked fine. However, after the update, the settings would reset and it would not play sounds. After much talk with the developers, I got a refund.
Just today, I tried several other apps. With everyone of them, the alarm would not sound. Vibrate worked OK, but no sounds.
Ringers work fine and have been verified that they exist. App permission have been set to Allow for all.
Well, correction. 3rd party apps do have sounds, like the little chime at the beginning of Nintaii. But the 3rd party apps that are supposed to sound an alarm don't seem to trigger.
