Hi a newbie here and soooo lost. My phone makes no sound at all, when calls come in or when I play ringtones on it. When I make a call I can hear the person on the other end talking. I figured I just pushed some button to turn off sound but I have tried all I know to do to get it back. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

What ringer profile are you using?

If you are using a regular ringer profile and it is active, With the power on, pull battery from your device, wait 30 seconds, reinstall. Let it reboot and see if that has cleared the problem.

What have you personally checked/done on Options, Profiles, or even something as easy as "Turn up the volume" to verify you have it set up so can hear sounds? Don't want to toss out advice you've already tried.

My phone does this from time to time. Not frequently enough to be a "problem", but like a computer, it needs a good reboot from time to time.
