Hi....I am new and I need some help with the BB. For about 5 hours now my phone has had no service...it says it's searching for a network but then has no service!!! I have taken out my battery 5 times, and have turned my phone on and off...but nothing has helped. Also...my husband's two BBs work fine and we are sitting right next to each other!!!

Blackberry went down today for users in ca and nv, if your in that area, keep trying only certain phones are affected

Simmer down now
First go to manage connections annd make sure Mobile Network is checked off

Second make sure your battery is charged. At a certain point it will turn of your radio to save power

Third, if all else fails go to your BIS site and resend your service books
