When I receive a call, regardless of what my ringer profile is set to, I get no audible sound. No vibrate either. Can someone tell me the obvious steps to take to remedy this?
I can hear fine and use the speakerphone, so I know there's no problem with the phone's speaker...
One curious thing is that I seem to recall a screen in which it showed I had no ringtones installed, but I can't locate that screen again. Assuming I don't have any ringtones, how can I get them back (the default ones)?
I've just installed OS 4.5.0.77
If you have no ringtones, and want to go back to default ones, the only way to do this would be to wipe your device to out of box settings.. Which will delete all your stuff so if you do this step make sure you back up your device
