    I JUST got my blackberry activated and was attempting to use the internet. It came up with something about downloading facebook app and i did. But now when i press the menu button on the browser screen there is no "Go To" button to enter an address...instead i am stuck on the facebook screen web page...whta do i do?!?!

    Did you send your service books? Log onto your BIS site and resend your service books and see if that does the trick.
