    I just got a used 8320 off of eBay, but it doesn't have an email setup/settings icon and I have no way to link my email to my new BB. Can anyone help?

    The phone has been provisioned and has the internet working? Also make sure the icon is not hidden. options- show all

    I'm not sure what provisioned is, but the icon isn't hidden, and the internet works fine

    I would try to login on this site to setup your email, If that works, it should send the icon to your phone. T-mobile BB Email setup . If that doesn't you might have to contact Tech support to have them resend the service books. Which would then put the email setup icon back on your phone.
