    My emails are only going to my messages box and not going to my individual email boxs. My email boxs are empty. Under general settings my sms and email is set to seperate and it still joins them together into my messages box and not my email

    The separate email/SMS option has nothing to do with where your email goes, just SMS. Your email should show in 2 places, your individual email folder for that acct, and the "catch all" Messages folder.

    Try a battery pull. Power on, take out battery, wait 30 seconds, reinstall battery.

    Done that but nothing works. Even tried resending service books. Loosing my mind, even verizon can't figure it.

    I am having a similair problem. my email box shows on the wallpaper screen, but when i go to the icon, there are no emails. ill get a new email, itll show 2, then ill delete email, always leaving me with 1 message indicated. is there a hidden folder or something? help!
