    so like it says no browser i looked and did not find anything that would help.. if i remember i had the same prob with my 8703 but i cant remember how it was fixed.. any help would be great

    Do a battery pull with the device turned on.

    If that doesn't fix it, log in to your BIS page and resend your Service Books.

    What model are you asking about? Your profile says 8703, but it sounds like you're asking about a different BB.

    it says my device currently does not have any browser configuration service book entries....
    im online with sprint right now and on his end everything is there

    Head to Sprint's BlackBerry Internet Service page. You'll need to enter your Berry's MEID and PIN to create an account. Once the account is set up, your Berry will be fully activated and you can set up your email accounts on your BIS.
