I go to their website and it says that it is still v4.5.0.81 which is what's on my phone. But then I stickies like above about .124 or something which I attempted and I believe installed (probably twice) - and it's in my computer but from there I do not know what to do. I plugged phone into DM and nothing happened and I did say check for updates - nothing.

I go into my phone and see the "wireless upgrade" click it and nothing...

I have the video recorder as I remember two weeks after purchasing it - I found an upgrade and was very excited (having a toddler - you have to have a video cam. on your phone right?!?!)

check out this thread, it has step by step instructions to upgrade.. pay special attention to the "deleting the vendor file" part.. you need to do that with .124 because it is not from tmo
