HTML E-Mail did not work for me until I re-sent (a couple of times) the Service Books.

Service books refer to the Blackberry Internet Service site. When you bought your phone, you should have been directed to this site to input your email information. Service books are vital.

Got it. I am in a corporate environment, and we use BES...does this change anything? Can I still go to the BIS site?

Ok, I had our IT dept resend the service books from the BES server, then I did a hard reboot of my curve. Still no HTML email option visible in any of the menus? Is there something that needs to be done at the BES end?
