1st off hello to all and whats good?

I have a 8320 (red) and just downloaded the latest os version and now i can shoot videos....yaaaah!

but my question is wheneva i get a call frm someone in my phonebook 99% of the time the caller i.d. only shows the phone # but not the name. Has this happened to any1 or is there a settin i need to change in my phone cause this is gettn annoyin. I dont answer the phone no more untill it comes up as a missed called and then shows the persons name

Try a battery pull just pull it out for like 15 seconds then put it back in.

That's an interesting issue I haven't seen posted before. Just for kicks though. Is there a 10 digit number saved in the phonebook for the contacts?

Do you have a customized theme? If so, I would try switching to a generic theme and see if it works. The upgrade may have goofed something up.

This happend to me also Turn Off Content Protection on Contacts!
