    So I am trying to use my blackberry desktop manager to restore to a new 8310 the last backup of my old 8310. It didn't get my themes like it was supposed to & I'm not sure about why but my email isn't working.

    Help a lady out Please!

    Did you use switch device wizard.?

    Yester has a good point there. If you still have both devices you can start desktop manager and go to device switch wizard. Plug in your old device first then when prompted plug in the new one. It should move everything for you. After that you will need to update your pin on your bis account. Go to your service providers bis login page on your computer. That page is here BlackBerry Internet Service

    OK I stepped away for awhile & finally got it right. I guess I was just to stressed. Thanks to all for your help.
