I just got my new Curve. I'm getting frustrated trying to figure it out! Is there a way to access my back-up assistant with all my contacts from my old phone? Obviously with any other phone, I'd go to "Get it Now".
This was my Brother-in-Law's phone, so how do I get his email off of it and add mine on there.
Sorry if these are dumb questions but I'd rather ask here than end up ripping my hair out because I can't figure it out myself!
I had the same issue...unless your old phone was a Crackberry you have to take it into the store to have your numbers, pictures, etc. transferred over.
