i delete some text messages and email and i realize i need them how do i recover them?

Unless you have your reconcilliation set to leave the message on your server, they are gone. If not, they should be on your server still. That only holds for email, not text. Delete the text messages and they are gone.

If you use GMAIL, and its deleted, it will be in your trash on gmail.com

The OP is talking about text messages while the replies seem to be talking about email. Unless you have a backup or you are a police force with a search warrant, the deleted text messages are gone.
