    Before syncing, I did a backup on the 8330 from the contacts that came from my Katana phone that Verizon ported over to the Curve. Then we tried to sync from Outlook. We did not like the results of the sync. Now we are trying to "restore" the contacts that were originally on the phone. The progress bar stops halfway through and stops. It will not complete the process. Are we hosed? Any tricks?

    Waited over 5 minutes after the progress bar stopped about 1/3 way through. We received no error messages.
