Hello everyone. I have the BB Curve 8310. I want to know where can I go to see what version OS is on my phone right now. And how can I view streaming media like you tube or espn on my phone. Is there a app that I need to download?

    Hi

    Welcome to CB.

Options>about will tell you what version you have.. or the use of desktop manager.

Same as above. I have no idea about streaming sites. Search the forums for youtube while you wait for a reply from others. I know some folks have some issues with some media even with the new os. Not sure what you can and cant do with it.......You should have an answer soon.

    Good luck

Give this a shot (via your BB Browser): http://m.youtube.com. Is that what your looking for?

BTW, I believe the OTA youtube is not a true app, it is just a icon which takes you too the above bookmark.

I have tried m.youtube.com and I can say that it does work with the native player. but I still am not too sure about any other sites.

4.5.0.110 is the latest AT&T version, but Indosat has released 4.5.0.124

Also pressing ALT+LSHIFT+H will pull up an info screen that will tell you your version plus other helpful info like free space, PIN, signal, etc.

And there are no true apps for youtube or ESPN, just launchers. You can just go to mobile versions of their websites.
