I have a red x on my profile icon and cannot get it off. When I go into profiles I can't find the advanced option and I am not receiving any ring tones or alerts.
the red X icon is the OFF profile - if you open Profiles, then select normal (or any other profile) it should then give you notifications. And if you scroll down you should see the Advanced option allowing you to edit ech profile.
on you main window screen, depending on what theme you are using, you can use the trackball to scroll up to the speaker icon and press the trackball to click on it. you will get the profile menu and you can choose a new profile.
