    Problem 1: if I remove the battery to reset it deletes a bunch of my SMS messages.

    Problem 2: I stopped receiving emails. I did, then don't. It's registered, I resent the service books, but it says connected to BIS, but not BES.

    how much is your file free? if it's under 10megs.. you'll started losing messages

    There's 41 Megs available, and it's only when I remove the battery and it's the most recent msgs.

    If this is a new curve deleting messages and still in the 30 exchange...take it back. If it is buggin already you dont need to try to fix it instead get a new one imo.
