After I install the 4.5 from vzw, will I need to find my 3rd party apps ane themes again or will they work?

Depends really. If they are not compatable with the 4.5 they most likely will not work. Hard call.

When you upgrade, apploader will save and restore your apps as long as you select that option. I would recommend you make sure your theme is compatible. It probably is if it came with your device. If any aren't compatible, they won't work and you delete those apps. Also make sure you back up your device before upgrading.
