Do follow the Upgrade Procedure that's linked in my sig. If you get stuck, it'll be easier for people to help you. If your device is less than 30 days old, you shouldn't upgrade the OS. Doing so will void your warranty and you'll have to roll back to the original OS before you can exchange the device for a new one, if that becomes necessary.
