If I have two email accounts set up on my curve. Sometimes I do not want to see on my homescreen (in the upper right hand corner) a(n) email envelope icon.
I turned off the sound, vibrate, and LED functions (for the email account I want to be dormant) in the profiles. However, I have not figured out a way to keep it from showing up as an icon on the home screen when I get a message. Any ideas?
Don't think this is possible. I think the device or any other device has to let you know in one way or another that you have a call, message or something. Now you can turn email off all together so you won't get any notifications by turning your data off in your connections. And then your email will come when you turn it back on.
