    I am also a newbie (Curve 8330-Sprint). I love the phone but seem to have trouble with opening attachments (Photo or Word document). A few give me the choice to open but most do not. I even re-sized the photo to as small as I could. How do I resolve this?
    Also, can I use desktop software to bring photos, etc from my computer to the BB like I did my Treo? If so, can someone detail how I do that? Thanks
