i bought a curve for Sprint off of ebay a fewdays ago and i cant log into certain sites such as ebay.com nor will my pocket express application load. the guys at best buy said that ebay sold me a bad device. just wondering if they are correct?

Sprint is having issues with their premium services for the past couple days. Mine just resolved this morning.

NOt sure about pocket express, as I know nothing about this. As for ebay there is a mobile site I am not sure of the URL but I am sure others will post here.
Also find out if the device you bought was on a BES server. If so, there maybe IT policies that might on the deivce that are interfering. These can be removed and there are threads refereing procedures on how to this.
