    I just bought a bb 8330 off ebay, I got it activated but the old person's email information is still there after having a blackberry tech a sprint wipe it(i think that's what she did) I cannot enter my email information. Is there anyway of removing this w/o the other person's information?

    You need to call sprint and have them reset the BIS login info
