I just got it, and charged it. Still, it won't stop reeboting itself. I have not installed anything, just got it out of the box. Just recorded it so you all can see what is happening: [You are only allowed to post URLs once you have at least 10 posts.]



p.d: already tried with another battery and it remains the same.

Its brand new? Do you have a memory card installed in your BB?

No memory card is installed. i checked memory space and i have plenty

That sounds like a intermittent failure in the power supply.

If the contacts are clean, most likely the fault is occuring on the logic board. That is definitely a warranty issue.

It just hanged when i was adding a contact, so i removed the battery to try to reset it..

it shows a white screen now and will never load anything. i think its dead

any ideas ?

update1: apparently it decided to load and now its "working again" with the rebooting thing less frequent.
