    No u don't have the same issue with 8320 on tmobile they don't know how to auto answer this e en with setting answer out of holster. Please help!

    With or without a bluetooth headset, auto answer out of holster means auto answer when the bb is removed from the holster, not when it is already out of the holster. It's the act of removing the bb from the holster that triggers the auto answer. Not as useful as what you want.

    The only auto-answer available would be an answer button on your headset. AFAIK there is no auto-answer option on the phone, unless there is a 3rd party app. to allow it. May want to ask some developers to see if it is out there.
