    My OS is completely wiped out, my phone won't respond when I try to turn it on, so it does not turn on at all. I have gotten a few second opinions and so far I have seen the best way to go is reinstall the Operating System (NOT THE DESKTOP MANAGER-PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANY LINKS TO INSTALL THE DESKTOP MANAGER.) I need the operating system that verizon uses for this phone. Thank you anyone who can help!
