About two weeks ago I downloaded the v4.5 software to my BB 8310 (Curve). The download was successful in that it gave me a video recorder along with the ability to now play certain types of media (i.e youtube vids). However, I lost the ability to invite attendees or accept invitations to meetings, which is a feature that I desperately need. I contact both ATT & Blackberry Technical support and was told that I would need to go back to the v4.2 software.

I did and my phone still does not allow me to invite attendees or accept invitations to meetings. On top of this I recently lost the ability to send e-mails. When I try to compose an e-mail I get the following message "No message services configured. You will only ne able to Save Draft."

I need help please. Thanks.

Resend your service books
then register the device on the network

Resending service books
Either log onto your carriers BIS where you can edit your email info etc and resend from there, or find the manage internet email icon and follow that thru.

Register the Host Routing Table
Options, advanced, host routing table, menu key register

Thanks. Not sure I know how to do those things, but I'm willing to try. Are you saying that I should do these things through Desktop Manager or the ATT Blackberry site?

Rachel...How do I register the host routing table? When I go to options, advanced options, Host Routing Table, there are around 20 different listing (Cingular [31041030], etc).

Register on any of the cingular numbers. it does not matter.
