In my home support area I have no problem getting the EDGE network and using my internet. Whenever I leave the home area I lose the Edge network and only get GSM. When I return to home area EDGE returns and internet begins working again. Please help me.
Yeah, I would definitely call my carrier and see what is going on. As AG pointed out above me, they should be able to lead you into the right direction. Hence, if it is a "PRL" issue, your carrier can give you steps to fix said issue. I hope your problem gets worked out shortly.
