Hello all,

The server that my email address is through has recently changed from IMAP4 to POP3. I don't know if it will be going back to the IMAP4 so I really need to figure out how to get my emails going back to my phone.

Really driving me nuts with having to actually check an inbox for my emails instead of just getting it on my hip.

I've gone into the phone and found the info section for the email settings for my email address but I can't change the IMAP4 to POP3. Don't know if I'm just missing something where I'm looking or maybe I'm just not in the right spot to change it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

you need to either log into your BIS acct and change it in there or just readd the email address after you delete it first from the phone.

I have a POP3 account on my phone. If you go to edit your email account on
your BB, scroll down to the bottom, and click advanced settings.

There you will have to enter information from your Email account's help
section about the Email server and Port number.

GREAT! I had to delete the email address from the phone and redo it. Works great now. Thank to both of you!
