My curve 8310 died, am getting new one. How do I install my back up information from old curve and install into new one. I have some text and phone numbers that did not transfer onto sim and I hope its in backup files.
Thank you so much!!!!!!! Backlite went bad and phone no longer works, of course because I had a slight shade of red on one dot manufacture will not warranty it. Thank god for insurance. Phone will power up however shuts back down by the time at&t screen ends. By the way, phone has never been wet.
