Okay,

So recently, my calendar started color coding the entries and it's pissing me off.

I currently have four different types of entries (emails on my phone) and not all of them sync with my desktop calendar in outlook...and it is pissing me off...badly...

Can I set all my calendar entries to default to the correct email address so they'll sync?

AFAIK you can only sync one calendar to Outlook. You need to set one calendar as the default.
