i need help, my 8310 wont power on, well it will but all i get is a solid red indicator light and a white screen with a battery with a line through it, like i have a dead battery, problem is, i dont have a dead battery, i have two full batterys, its happened before and i just pulled out the battery and put in the other one, this happened after trying a software update through att, i would try a os install but it says that it cannot recognize the phone when plugged into DM, any help would be appreciated
