    So yesterday my phone was working just fine its only 2months old no water damage or anything like that but my keyboard isnt working any suggestions? I went to vzw and their systems are down and they are out of curves till tomorrow so they can replace it till then its not that I want a replacement I want my phone to work! any thoughts and or suggestions?

    Did you try a battery pull? Leave the battery out for about thirty seconds.

    Have you tried pulling the battery out while the device is on? Leave it out for about 30 seconds and put it back in.

    Yeah I've tried both of those IDK if I should try to downgrade my OS and see if thats the problem but I've been running it for over a week now

    I haven't heard of .138 causing the keyboard to quit working. You could try reloading your old OS and see if that fixes it, if not it could be a hardware defect. You also could try wiping with JL Cmdr and do a clean install of .138.

    JL Cmdr is similar to Crackmem�. Its a PC based program that allows you to complete wipe the device, among other things.

    You could give the wipe and reload a shot, but it sounds more like a hardware issue than an OS issue.
