    I took mine to a cell phone repair shop. The man replaced my screen and installed it for 10 dollars. It was a really good deal.

    The screen cover has adhesive around the outside edge, just slowly peel the screen off starting from the top, it will come right off. I use Cellular Accessories - SonyEricsson, Acer, Alcatel, Sony, Panasonic, Microsoft, Mobiado, BenQ-Siemens, for all my parts, they are very reliable...
