Hello i just recently received my blackberry 8330 from sprint the cd software was not included in the box and sprint is telling me 2 weeks until they can get me one my question is does anyone know where i can go to get the program so i can add programs and other things to my phone? any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Go to blackberry.com and look for Desktop Manager under DOwnloads

BlackBerry has the DM, I recommend you choose either 4.5 or 4.6, dont get 4.7 - buggy etc.

You'll also need your phone's OS installed on your computer if you want to use DM to add programs. You can download the OS from here.

You can download Desktop Manager here. Get 4.6 since 4.7 is buggy. With or without Media Manager is up to you, but most people don't like it.
