How do I get rid of this icon? I looked in my applications and I didn't see it. I don't know where it came from because it wasn't on my home screen when I bought the phone. I just want to get rid of it.

When you register your phone with your carrier or activate your phone you get service books with apps and data for your phone to work with your carrier. (sprint nav, maps etc,,)If you have set up an email through BIS you can have them sent from there. The icons do not take up much memory.
