as in the title my phone loves to turn off with a black screen and then have a red led, i don't do anything i mean the last time it happend my phone rang and then it just did that...what do i do...the red light is not flashing its just a solid light and about four minutes later is restarts? sorry if this has been asked some where lse im just frantic right now
Could be memory or corrupt OS. What's your file fre? Options > Status If below 15 check the link in my signature for memory opt. If it happens all the time it could be your OS, then look through this:
i'ver never updated te OS only the pne it came with being that i have a mac and i was told that cant work, and it happens atleast one or twice a week and none once every two days or so, and i usualy let it shut off fully and let the light go off, then i touch the pwoer on again after a few minutes and it almost does a soft reset and its fine again
It will not work on a Mac. A friend with a PC may be your answer. A VZW store can update it for you, although you'll have to wait in there for 30-60 minutes while they do it..
