It's been a day now that I cannot access the internet or receive my e-mail to my new curve.
    So far Verizon is clueless!
    Anyone else having trouble????

    Thanks,
    Rachel

I would presume that Verizon has gone through all the options of checking their network for outage and also the settings on your phone. What did they recommend you do?

Next they will probably have me wipe it, which will stink since I will have to spend a lot of time reinstalling software and setting up enterprise e-mail....

Im sure you already tried this, but for the sake of vzw's stupidity try *22899?

Just back up the curve on desktop manager and restore it after the wipe.

Verizon had me swap out the phone for a new one.
Since then, still having tons of trouble.
I am ready to give up....
Signal is very intermittent and I constantly have power off then power on the phone.

Verizion told me it was a glitch from Blackberry.
check your Manage Connections Icon select Service Status
See if you are connected or not.
exit out and go to Options Icon.
    Select Advanced Options
    Select Host Routing Table
    use menu button
in the pop up window select Register Now
it should reactivate your account on the phone and reconnect you.
    Good Luck

You mentioned enterprise email. Are you on bes? If so that could be the problem. If the bes is down your internet goes down.

Had the same issue... called Verizon today and they pushed me new browser service book information. After they sent it over I did the battery yank and it works great now.

    Good Luck 
