    My email for comcast and blackberry has always worked perfectly but after upgrading my TMo 8320 to the official 4.5 OS, now I don't get my comcast emails on my phone anymore. If I send an email from my blackberry email to my comcast email, it shows up on my laptop's inbox, but not on my phone.

    I've sent the service books, did a battery pull and nothing has worked. For whatever reason, it's like the comcast emails won't go to both my laptop and phone.

    HELP??????!!!!!!!!

    Try deleting it from BIS and setting it up again.

    I did that and maybe 2 in like 8 emails showed up on my phone. All 8 showed up on my laptop...

    Are you using Outlook on your PC?

    if you are check to be sure that a copy of messages are being left on the server..

    1. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
    2. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
    3. Select your ISP account, and then click Change.
    4. Click More Settings.
    5. Click the Advanced tab, and under Delivery, select the Leave a copy of messages on the server check box.

    I'm using Windows Mail (Vista) which is basically just like Outlook Express. I looked and the box wasn't checked, so I checked it to leave messages on the server. We'll see what happens next.
