Hi there! When I receive a SMS text from somebody and they send me a graphic (such as a heart or smiley face) it won't come through on my BB. All that comes through is a bunch of alphabet letters. Does my BB Curve not have the ability to receive these graphics or is it some kind of setting I have to change? Any help is appreciated!
i think, and i could be wrong, you have to have the minimum 4.5 os in order to receive graphics via text. also, is your text/email preferences set to html or plain text?
Hi! What is 4.5 os? lol..And how do I get that? I checked my email settings and it does say yes for 'enable HTML email.' Should it be set to plain text? I tried checking this for my texts but I can't seem to find out what its set at. Also, what is email reconciliation? Any further information is appreciated!
