i just got my blackberry on sept 22nd and it seriously lags on everything. the hour glass is always there. can somebody help me? please..asap i need to know if i want to keep my curve or not. my 30 days ends on the oct 22nd!

First you take the back cover off of your blackberry and then you Pull The Battery out.

Just make sure to put it back in or the lag will continue to get much worse

The battery pull should be done when the BB is on right?
A battery pull works for me to get rid of that hourglass.
I luv the ever efficient battery pull how it solves so much

Yep - you take to battery out while the BB is one. I know that because I asked the same question!!

The famous battery pull works so well that I have started doing a version of the battery pull on most electronics in my home and office. Works really well on our TV - uplug everything and let it reload. Even the sound gets better.
