Hi guys. My BOSS have a blackberry curve 8310 that it turned off. We readed that may be the battery, we switch batteries and it didn�t works, stills turned off. Then we reset factory because we uploaded to the 4.5 OS a few days ago and it works for a while because it turned off again. I would like to know if you can help me with that. MY BOSS�S BB TURNED OFF jajajaja.

Sounds to me like a hardware issue. Was it dropped? Got wet? I'd take it back and exchange it.
