Today at work the battery in my 8330 drained completely and my phone turned itself off, now my BB won't turn back on! It has been plugged into the charger for seven hours now and the led is flashing in 15 second intervals. When I try to turn in on there is a brief white flash on the screen then it goes blank again. If I pull the battery I get to no battery icon on the screen. Is my phone dead

Now after 9 hours on the charger I have a picture of a battery with a lightning bolt on the screen, the led has stopped flashing, but the phone still will not turn on.

Sounds like the battery has failed - perhaps the low charge was a result of battery failure? I'd recommend trying another battery before doing anything more drastic.
