Even when I have my profiles set to off, when I hit any of the dialing keys, it makes a noise. I have key sounds set to off also. Is there any way to mute the dialing keys as well?

The DIALING tones are different from the KEY tones.

If you don't want to have the DIALING tones be audible, the only way is to use the Quiet or Vibrate audio profiles.
