Hi all,

Looking to syncronize my BB with outlook on my laptop. I have tons of contacts that I input on the BB while out and need to download them to my outlook so I can edit and update.

I don't think I'm doing it right...I've opened up MS Outlook, then connect my BB to the laptop, but nothing.

Do I need to syncronize through BB Desktop?

Yes U synch thru BB desktop

Yes, you need to set up the synchronization using DM. After that, it will happen automatically without needing to run DM first.

Next question, is there a "How To" page on MSOutlook syncronization?

Go into the synchronize tab in the desktop manager and there is a wizard that will help you set up the calendar, contacts, tasks, and notes. Its pretty straight forward as the sync options are fairly limited.

You really dont need a "how to Page" it is really simple it will sync everything you have in MS Outlook unless you set it up not to do that.

Not working for me...It sync'd with Outlook Express, but not Outlook.

Give us some details, perhaps we can help you. What version of Outlook are you using? Versions older than Outlook 2002 may be problematic for DM 4.5 and newer.
