My friend sent me a picture with his curve 8330 to my 8330 via MMS and I can not open this picture. It shows all the info that would be rquired but no picture........help please

Try a battery rest and try again. Sometimes during the transmission it will corrupt. THey might need to send it again

I have a Tmobile 8320 and my daughter has a pearl. had to call into Tmobile customer service and they walked us thru the process to send and receive MMS
